Sensory Gym
Available to book as an individual or as a group/family. Our Sensory Gym is a safe, engaging space designed to support movement, regulation and play. It offers a range of equipment to help develop coordination, build confidence and explore their senses in a fun and supportive environment

Who can benefit?
Sensory gyms are especially beneficial for those with additional needs, including sensory processing differences, autism, ADHD, and social, emotional or physical challenges. It also supports those who may feel overwhelmed  in busy environments, offering a safe space to regulate, build confidence and develop key skills through movement and play.

Sensory Room
Available to book as an individual or as a group/family is our specially designed Sensory Room. This controlled environment features calming lights, colours, sounds and textures – used to stimulate or soothe the senses. Beneficial for improving emotional regulation, reducing anxiety, boosting focus and developing motor skills.Â

Who can benefit?
Sensory rooms can benefit a wide range of individuals, particularly those with Autism, Dementia and/or sensory processing disorders.

Rebound Therapy
Available to book in a range of different session sizes and lengths, our Rebound Therapy sessions are purposefully designed with each individuals needs in mind. These sessions use trampolines to provide therapeutic exercise and recreational enjoyment, and enhance balance, muscle tone, sensory integration, communication and much more.

Who can benefit?
Rebound can be accessed and enjoyed by individuals with a wide range of additional needs, from mild learning disabilities to profound physical and sensory impairments.
